Just curious, does anyone know why our vintage Hondas are called Elsinores?

I'm no historian, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once.

I remember when I was a teenager someone told me they did the development work for the original bikes near Lake Elsinore, CA and that was why they used that name. I have no sources to verify that, but it sounded good back then. :D
