Post subject:  mugen cr125 parts

hello, i have a mugen top end for a 1985 cr125. the original bore is mint, but it is chrome plated. i am in need of steel rings for it. does anyone out there have some ? one ? or where i may find one. i know i could bore it and replate it but id rather not. any info or help is greatly appreciated.
also does anyone have any old grey acerbis fork guards for 85'-86'-87' cr's that they may want to part with ? i have an 86' cr500 that i am trying to make into a david bailey replica bike. thanks again

I'm no mugen expert, but isn't that cylinder standard CR125R bore? I thought stock piston and rings fit it or Wiseco piston and rings. These parts are still available, I thought. Factory 1981 125 cylinders were plated also.

if i am not mistaken, the bore size is different from an 81 to an 85. i have checked most of the big companies about an iron ring but it seems that they have stopped production on the actual item i need.
