i just got my hubs and brake panels glass beaded, and my rear panel has cracks round the axel and brake shaft holes. :( i have two more and they are cracked allso. :shock: was this a problem and is there a better way to go here? are there other years that will work? thanks jay

would anybody have a good rear brake panel to fit a 1979 cr125 that they would sell resonable?
where has dogger315 been? i like following his builds. he didn't buy a kawasaki did he :lol:

I dont want to say the cracks are nothing to worry about, but both my CR250 backing plates are riddled with cracks at the pivot and axle holes, and it doesnt seem to affect them. I think its just a magnesium thing. I have many many moto's on my 1980 CR250 backing plate in this condition.

i think your right, i have seen several others and they were allso cracked. i'm just going to run it! thanks jay
