Hello, I'm new here as I just go back into old bikes after about a 10-year hiatus. I just picked up a '81 CR250 Elsinore and was noticing that some bikes I see for sale online have aftermarket pipes. However I cannot find any pipes listed in catalogs for the oddball '81 bikes. I can only find the silencers. Either they are discontinued or perhaps another application fits on the '81 CR250. Does anyone have a part number or vendor source for a good factory expansion chamber, or preferably a DG or PC pipe? The original I have is kinked a little, but I can repair it. However if there is power to be gained in the aftermarket pipes, I'd rather install one of those on this modified-resto build I'm doing. Thanks in advance, John |

One more time... Anyone know if a DG '82 CR250 pipe can fit an '81 CR250? |
