Post subject:  74' mt125 lighting problem

got the front head light working and found that a bunch of bulbs were fryed, so i got new bulbs and now cant get the rear light to work. i checked the front and back brake light switches and they are both operable. battery is good and it appears that the connections are ok. i cant get the rear running or brake light to light, even with a new bulb. checked continuity and it seems ok. i looked at my signal flasher and saw that it only has 2 connectors. is that normal? there is a green wire that looks like it goes to the flasher, but there is no connector. when i look at the wiring diagram, it looks like there isnt suppose to be a third connector, but i want to make sure that it didnt break off. the diagram runs that green wire to the flasher, but doesnt show that it connects like the other 2. so i dont know where that wire goes anyway. this is the last problem i need to trouble shoot to get it road worthy. any help!!!??? electricity is not my favorite thing to work with, but im slowly getting it.
