looks good--i was fortunate on my 1980 cr80 resto that the tank only had one very small dent so it was a fast fix and had it painted with frame so was able to shoot it then. I was thinking about powdercoating hubs but front was in such good shape i just touched up with paint. D |

tank looks good 125 or 250? allso what did you do for your rear excel i had trouble finding an 18 in gold so i'm going to try a 19. got a real steel on it. i allso poped for new s/s spokes from bucanan spoke mines a 79 125 |

I got 18" excel in silver from buchannan they have to custom drill holes in blank rim for drum brake set-up (not cheap) |

finished rear wheel tonight powder coated hub ( just got powder coat system) , spokes wire wheeled,buffed,zinc plated then polished. I broke 1 spoke with torque wrench. attached are b-4 and after pics

pic of motor fresh powder coat (thanks Don) waiting on gasket set. All new bearings, piston, rings all new clutch assembly nos pressure plate nos center hub and new basket from firefox racing custom cnc'ed from billet aluminum

more pics before of bike as I got it and pic of rear of bike waiting on bigger oven to PC frame IMS pegs, John Astelford chain guide NOS chain tensioner previous pics of rear wheel I redid they were done with gloss PC I redid them with satin and new stainless spokes from Buchannans, bike had Progressive shocks I replaced with the same
