Hello- My friend was given a 1976 Elsinore 175 (is it the MR?), and he wondered if it is street legal "as is". He stated that there seems to be what looks like some kind of license-plate mounting bolts. I guess he's wondering if it is a a"dual purpose" or "dual sport" as opposed to fully-offroad enduro. He doesn't have paperwork (title, etc) If he gets paperwork together somehow, can he pursure registering it? Thanks for any help! Ross in NY |

I believe you have an MR175. The MR bikes were not street legal. This bike shouldn't have a horn as well. |
