As I understand it, the 1974 CR125M 'GP cylinder' (P/N 12100-360-810) was the smaller-finned boost-port cylinder offered as an option on the '74 model only. I believe this is the same as the 12100-360-700 '75 CR125M1 cylinder, but I don't know for sure (from the eBay listing: "Honda cr125 elsinore 1974 GP cylinder or a 1975 cylinder").

Later CR125M cylinders also had a boost port above the intake port, but the fins were larger too.
