Hey all. Got another question. I was trying to adjust the clutch per the manual. I removed the window on the cluth cover and loosened the locking nut. Then I turned the adjusting rod? to the right as directed. Well it turned so far that even when I turned it back 1.5 turns I still had barely enough thread to bite with the lock nut. I lined up the clutch arm on the top of the case correctly so I am wondering if this is telling me something or am I doing this correctly. Any advice? Thanks.

Unless your clutch is missing a plate (unlikely), it probably means your clutch needs replacing, even if it hasn't started slipping yet. At the very least an inspection is in order, and if you're going to pull the cover you might as well replace it while you're in there (springs too).

I just installed a brand new Kevlar CR250M clutch from re-mx and I had could only back the throw-out adjuster off about .5-1 turn to get it working properly. 1.5 and it was pretty sloppy.
