There are 3 over-flow nipples on the Keihin carb on my 74' MT250... the two upper ones (on the sides) and one down on the bottom of the bowl...

The bottom of the bowl nipple seems to be leaking something fierce. Too much gas in the bowl? Floats set too high?

the bottom tube goes into float bowl if you open it you will see a metal tube attached to it that goes up to expell gas that is higher than it should be most of the time there is dirt in valve pull off the float bowl then remove pin that holds on float under that you will see a spring operated valve pull this out and clean well with carb cleaner the valve and seated area, check this by blowing into where fuel line goes in and hold float up (float down air will pass float up no air should pass)do not push up to hard or you will change float level! if this does not work you have a damaged valve or seat
