| Post subject: | '83 CR480 fork on a '78 CR250 help |
I'm putting an '83 CR480 fork on my '78 CR250 and would like to run the '78 stock hub and single pull brake. It's stronger than my friends '83 CR250 and 480 double pull system, plus the cable stop on my '83 brake plate is broken. The '78 wheel doesn't center up on the '83 fork. I'm not sure what modifications are necessary or if it is evey possible. Any help or ideas are appreciated. |
