Hello, I'm new here, but I'm a member of at least a half a dozen 2-stroke forums. I raced YZ's in the 70's, but always wanted a Red Rocket. Well, I have a nice one now and I'll talk more about how I aquired it later. Currently in my shop along with the CR is a '75 RD350B with chambers and plenty more mods and a '73 Kawi 350 S2A triple restored to showroom condition. The CR just needs shocks, a fork rebuild and an air filter. What this old man REALLY needs is some sort of lift stand for the CR as I'm not good at throwing a bike on a regular stand anymore. I'd love a Mccaffey stand, but the website is all screwed up. His stands are the old school type with a long lever arm used to rock or pull the bike into position. Anybody know where I can get a stand like this? Terry |
