Can anyone help me out, I am trying to find the source of the number plate background design as seen in the following picture, it should fit a 1983 Honda CR250 or CR480, thanks in advance!

There's a company called Vintage Factory that makes them. They are very very thin though. They are the exact cut and color that you are looking for though.
