Hi everyone. Can any of you 73-74 CR250 experts confirm the original color of the "Honda" stenciling on the back of the seat cover? My original seat cover appears to be grayish/silver with what appears to be a shade of gold in it (although it's faded now). I was told by a local upholsterer who specializes in motorcycles that these seats when new back in 73-74 were actually stenciled in gold. I'm just curious since I'd like mine restored correctly. Were they actually silver, gray, gold or some other color? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
