I took my cylinder to a machine shop after calling them and explaining what i needed. They said they could do it bring it over. Over an hour drive to get there and same back home.

get a call this afternoon they can't do it. refered me to another place. i call them and they dont really sound like they know what they are doing. call machine shop back and there is a $45 dollar difference in what the other place quoted to them and me.

I'm ready to mail this off to a known 2 stroke shop that will do the job right. i have the piston and rings, just need it bored to match.

I have used Langcourt multiple times and they are fantastic. Here is their website if you want to give them a try.
