does anyone know where I can find an exhaust flange for my 77' Honda MT125r (the little road racer that uses a version of the MX 125cc motor). Much thanks!

The MT125R used the same 39mm I.D. exhaust manifold as the '76-'78 CR125M motors, P/N 18351-400-000. The spring mounting 'ears' are slightly longer than the earlier CR manifolds.
