So I managed to break off the little knob part that goes into the clutch lifter itself, and require a new clutch arm.

Only problem is I don't know the exact year of the engine due to the fact its not in a bike (on a go kart)
and where the engine number is on the casing has been smashed off at some stage.

I see there's a few different part numbers for levers (they look the same though)
Any idea if they're interchangeable or what the actual differences are?

A couple of my actuators have a bit longer arms than the others, giving a straighter pull on the cable and slightly reduced lever effort. I think there are four different ones:

22810-360-000 earliest CR125M (nut holding arm to shaft; I've never seen one)
22810-360-010 late '74 CR125M (welded arm)
22810-360-020 mid-70's CR125M / MT125 / MR175 (the most common, I think)
22810-400-000 '76-'78 CR125M, MT125R, '77 MR175 (slightly longer arm)

I don't know the difference between the -010 and -020, could just be a different vendor.

Ray
