I am building a trail bike out of left over BSA Victor parts. I want to use the front end off a CR250 as I am missing the front end and was told by a fellow Victor owner that he had done so with no major problems. I want to retain a drum brake. The question is what years should I be looking for and are there any I should avoid. Any and all advice is welcome. Trig |

My advice would be to use whatever year has the largest diameter fork tubes...probably the latter years as long as the fork clamps will adapt to the Victor frame. Theres a guy on the Elsinore swap site that sells a lot of parts from various years at very reasonable prices. I have a phone number if you need it. |
