Hello,
I have a '75 125M that I trying to get running. My Clymer manual sez 25/1 mixture. Is that right? My bike smokes & wont idle. Runs better with choke on? Also, I need float levels. If they are in the manual, I can't find them.

Thanx for any help!
Brat

I like 34-40:1 mixture. If it smokes real bad it may have a bad right side crank seal. It also sounds like you need to clean the carb. The float usually will sit parallel to the carb body when lightly seated.
