I know ya'll have seen this 10,000 times--LOL
I have a CR125M that has set up for years. The VIN on frame is CR125M-100**11.
It is all red, all parts/frame. Not silver green.
What year is it, please? The frame numbers say 1974(?)
I want to sell on the Swap Meet, So. Central GA. I can post picture of frame number if that is allowed (or frowned on?)

Thanks

the numbers you mentioned are for a 1974 CR125m, which didn't come out in red it was Green and Silver, 1975 came out with silver and Tahitian Red CR125M-2000006., 1976 was the Red Rocket Year Tahitian Red CR125M-3000001

Thanks and that confirms what I found. Next step is finding Engine number and going from there.....
It belonged to my late Brother-in-law but I don't remember him ever going to the trouble to rebuild into the 'red' machine it is,

Thanks again
I'll keep doin' my homework.

Any thoughts on this are welcome

Well, no wonder I couldn't find engine number......If I'd had looked closer, it was broken off, over sprocket.
Anybody, any suggestions ??

If the LH (ignition) end of the crankshaft has a bolt in it and the OEM top shock mounts are just ahead of the rear seat mounts, it's one of the many '74-5 CR125M's repainted all-red to look like the later bikes.
