ok fellas, which is the preferable manufacturer? I need to buy crank bearings and these are readily available on ebay;

Nachi
Koyo
NTN (these are oem)
Timkin

I just ordered and received a complete bottom end Beaton and seal kit from Boss Bearing- super nice guys to deal with. I Figured splitting the cases, might as well do it all.

I remember emailing them awhile ago although it's been deleted, anyways they couldn't tell me the manufacturers names of the parts, something like they get bearingss and seals from all over then re-assemble them as kits so any number of manufacturers could be included... didn't read well to me at the time.

Bolly- thanks for the heads up! All the bearings were stamped Koyo - i dont know what the seals were- I will check it out tonight. They told me the same thing over the phone.
