Will the higher capacity MR 250 or 175 tank fit on my 74 CR125? Wouldn't mind being able to temporarily switch them out when going on a long ride. thanks, Brad |

I believe I fit my '74 CR125 tank to my MR175 frame at one point, so I'm almost certain the tanks can be swapped (don't know about the MR250). I'd be a little concerned about the fork tubes hitting the wider MR tank, as this is sometimes a problem in the MR frame. The CR seat is narrower than the MR tank too. Ray |

Try contacting Clarke manufacturing. They have all kinds of tanks including larger capacity.They also have universal tanks. I bet if you give them a call they can answer your question. |
