Clean your plug real well or replace would be even better and get someone to help you push start the bike, sounds like your crank case is full of fuel and flooded. Once it burns off that extra fuel it should start and run fine. Did your float stick by any chance?

Just install a new plug and get someone to help push, get it going then shift into 2nd gear and it should start to turn over ,no need to drain fuel. It make take a couple of times to get it going but I believe it should start.

If its wet,its flooding out. Spark should be bright blue when kicking over, try it at night so you can tell how strong or weak it is.Try heat/warm sparkplug lightly.
Let us know how it goes.
