i have come across a 75 mt 250 forsale at a local shop 23323 mile excellent condition i have not tested it tet he is asking 1995 my question is this a fair aking price? iam thinking to offer 1600 any advice thanks

IMHO: If it is complete and registered for the street, your $1,600 offer seems about right. Milage is a bit high for the dealer's asking price.
