The early CR 250s did not take tight turns well because of their long wheelbase and the fact that they sit low in the back like a chopper (this issue has probably been raised before, but I am a newbie to the site). I have seen the article in '75MXA on shortening the frame. I have also seen the DALCO triples used with a 4mm. offset. I have seen people put longer shocks on the stock swingarm to raise the rear end up to match the front. I have seen shorter shocks forward mounted (vertical) to raise up the back end. Man, I am totally confused! Can someone help me sort out all of these purported solutions.......... I have shorter than stock 13 & 3/4 inch progressive shocks mounted forward (vertical) on a DG swingarm on a stock length frame and triples.

Hey Brad,
Glad I was able to get a hold of you on Tuesday from my house. Just to let everybody else know. Due to the flooding I was not able to get in to the shop until today, Wednesday. Hope all is well with everybody else in California due to the rain storms that hit us for the last 15 days or so. I know this might seem trivial to most of the people from the mid west and back east. But Southern California is not equipped to handle all this rain we received in the past 16 days or so. And our prayers go out to all those who lost there homes or loved ones.
