When I decided to swap motors for a blown 74 250 with a 76 motor I had around I didn't realize the exhaust port comes out the opposite side of the cylinder. Dumb! Does anyone make a down pipe for the 75-76 CR motor when ran in a 74 bike?

Does anyone have a complte 73-74 CR running motor for sale?

what you might be able to do is just swap the cylinder and see if the bolt hols match up if so you're in good shape, good luck.
