Just to make sure I would sand the points and maybe replace the condensor. I have checked what looked to be good points for closure using a DVM and found they weren't closing reliably. I've also had points go out due to a bad condensor letting them oxidize and stop making contact.

you don't have two spark plugs, the side one should have a plug in it and put the sparkplum in the middle for consitancey

Some keep a spare plug in the second hole. It can also be used to install a compression release. The bike came with a spark plug fitted in the hole on the top center. The other hole was plugged with short bolt. The coil should connect only to one plug at a time. You might need a new coil. By the way, you can not remove the primary wire without breaking it.

I had my bike stop on me last summer. After checking the points, I removed the tank and found the wire connecting the coil to the points slipped out of its connection. I tighten the connection slightly with some pliers and plugged it back in. Has worked fine since. Trace your wires and connections.
