i have a DEALER account with Cometic, they aint got it, i also have a dealer account with Marshall distributing, bell ind. , Automatic Distributing Hiperformance Enginering, and WSM Performance Parts, i tried Windrosea also. I REALLY need these parts, any help would be appreaciated. i talked to UNI, EMGO, K&N, to get the air filter and no luck, i have been searching ebay as well, nothing yet.

The Cometic top-end kit is part # 7465 and is in their 2004 catalog, but might have been discontinued.

It is your lucky day...

http://www.westernhillshonda.com
12191-373-000 Base cylinder gasket $7.95
12251-360-000 Head gasket $15.95
11191-373-000 Crankcase center gasket $17.95
11395-360-306 Clutch cover gasket $9.95

http://www.cmsnl.com
17214-381-000 Air Cleaner Euro 45.00
These people had all the above parts, but the Euro to USD exchange rate is about as nasty as gas prices. I'd call Western Hills and ask about alternative air cleaner solutions.

Approximately 15 minutes work, including the research time on http://www.powersportspro.com to get the correct Honda part # (see my other post on finding parts).
