I just saw an MR250 cylinder and head for sale on ebay. The intake port in the picture looks much smaller than mine. How can you tell if you have a CR250 Cylinder? |

Seems I recall from an older topic on here that has since scrolled off that the MR cylinder as two bolts where the intake manifold bolts to the cylinder whereas the CR has four. Somebody corect me if I'm wrong. (You know how it is when you suffer CRS. ;> ) |

The only difference I have found is the exhaust port height on the MR250 cylinder is lower than the 75-76 CR250. In every other way they are the same and interchangeable on the 75-76 CR or MR bottom ends. The intake port is the same. |

The MT250 is the motor with only two bolts holding on the intake. The MR250 has four. |

I believe the MT Cylinder is different than the MR or CR. Check out ebay searching under honda mr 250. There is a cylinder etc for sale for 125 bucks. Let me know what you think. |
