Here are my generic instructions:

Stator side=quite easy. Just pull the stator assy and pry out the old seal. Be sure the surface in the bore is clean. A little grease on the new seal and press it in. Set it to the depth of the old one-not too far in!

Clutch side=a little more difficult. Remove the clutch cover and the primary gear. You may have to remove the clutch assy to accomplish this. Pull the collar that the seal rides on from the crank. Then pry out the old seal and press the new one in. If there's no plate to hold the seal in place, a thin film (THIN FILM) of red loc-tite will hold the seal from popping out. And a little grease on the inside of the seal.

If you can do a top end on it, you can do this!
