Guys......I've got a new to me 82 cr 125, the seat on it is blue and extends to the gas cap. Is this the correct seat? Ive seen pics with black seats that stop at the seat\tank junction, is this the 81 seat? Also, is there any frame paint out there for the 82? (would prefer rattle can) she'll be for go...not show. |

The 1983 had the blue seat also called the safety seat. The 1981 & 82 had a black seat that stopped at the tank. The graphics may have been a little differen't too. You can find more info on your bike in a Honda ID Guide. As far as paint goes, any good quality spray paint or Powder Coat! Good Luck. |

http://100megsfree4.com/honda/h0100/cr125r.htm Tahitian Red with a black seat (and fork boots). Search the forum here and at Red Racer for threads on how to get a good match for Tahitian Red. My advice is if you need replace the plastic, do that first and then key the color of the plastic. |
