I was under the impression that the stock swingarm dimensions of the 73/74 CR 250 and the 75/76 CR250 were identical with the exception of the forward mounted shock positions. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks for the help.

The '75 swing arm is slightly shorter and beefed up over the '73/74 piece.
Frame geometry is completely different as well.

75 swingarm is wider where it mounts to the frame. Won't work I tried.
