Im looking for a airintake manifold for a 76 250 MR. Can i use a manifold from a CR? Also to make sure my working is correct this is the hose going from the Carb to the Engine. Any ideas about rigging? Im also in need of the hose from the airbox to the carb. Can i use a different year CR or MT or somthing. This is my only thing i need to have my bike almost perfect

Yes, same as CR, which is probably what you are going to find. Good luck on the manifold, though. They are hard to find and expensive. I found one from Britain on UK ebay. I only paid $26.50, but almost that much in shipping also. New old stock ones, when you find it will run around $60-$100 or more. Used ones seem to go for about $40 to $65. You can manufacture a plate, weld a round aluminum pipe to it and connect carb to cyinder with rubber hose. I think everyone with '75 and '76 250s will eventually have to go to something like that as the old rubber ones are getting scarse.
You can repair small cracks with black rubber bonding cement. Supposed to be available at any auto parts store, but I couldn't find any. Did find some permatex black rubber adhesive, which works pretty well, but not for major tears.
