Is the 1976 MR seat the same as CR? How difficult would it be to make it work? Thank you for your time guys |

The MR seat has a steel base, the CR has a plastic one. Both wil bolt right on each frame, but: the MR seat is a little longer (and wider) in back. The CR seat does not have the "indent" molded in to clear the MR air cleaner top. In that case, just unscrew the top (2 screws) and run without it. I've run both seats on my MR. |
