Recently finished a rebuild of an '87 250 WR. Bike started right up but within a minute the clutch went "dead". That is the lever lost all pull and went straight to the handlebar. I suspected the set screw on the side of the clutch and sure enough it had backed out, even with the lock nut set. I reset it and used locktite. Same result. This fix requires removing the clutch cover so I only want to do it one more time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
