Tried everything. Replaced coil. (Out of Spec) Has new pick up coil (Specs at 212 ohms) Replaced the large field coil. (Out of spec) Having done all that and getting nowhere. I figured it must be the CDI? Ordered a used one from a wrecker in the U.S. "from a running bike" Still nothing. I'm still leaning towards a bad CDI. Any insight or ideas of what to check next would be deeply appreciated!

Have you checked to make sure the ignition coil is grounded?

Bolts to the frame. Cleaned and checked.

Unplug the wire from the kill switch (button) it case the switch is bad.
