VHT actually have a brake caliper paint which is high temp and chip resistant in a Satin black that I find the best bet - not too shiny and definately not too flat. It also stands the stress and strain of the dreaded car wash at the end of the day!
I know this is an Australian site wasn't sure whether you could get VHT stateside so you will see which product mean.
