Anyone give me any help with rear shock set up?

I have the standard 1976 125CR shocks with the airvalves so I can adjust the preload.

I am a rather heavy guy..possibly too heavy for my poor little bike...95 kg.

What sort of air pressure should I be putting into the shocks?

Can I buy heavier rated springs for these shocks?

thank you.

The stock shocks on the 76 CR-125 are 14.5" eye to eye. You may be able to locate stiffer springs from Works Performance which will fit; I have two pairs of Works shocks in those lengths. A new pair of Works shocks would probably work well, as they will make a custom pair of shocks for you based on your weight and ability level. They are about $300 a pair.
