My guess is a Honda SL125/175, looks familar...green light neutral indicator and orange light was high beam....very early 70's. I would imagine they used that particular combo on a lot of Hondas back then. I googled Sl125 but could not find a clear picture but looks right.

I have an sl125 tach and speedo here, and the rpm and speed look a little too high for an sl125. But I could be wrong.

I agree, looks to be off an SL125.. I have a box of SL parts up in the shelf buried in the shed, if you'd like me to verify for you.

I'm stumped because the tach reading looks just like an MT250 but the speed is too high for an MT250 and also the MT250 back ground colours were blue. :?

I've done a little research, and the readings are exactly the same as a 71-72 SL175. BUT the odometer reading is at the bottom on the SL175 speedometer and theres no trip reading.

SL and CB 125's did not red line that high. Another tipoff is the indicator lights on the tach where the small thumpers and MT had them on the speedo.

That's the right set up for a SL350 as far as redline and gauge layout. Not sure about year since mine does not have a odometer. I would vote twin, most likely 350 but it could be another twin or small 4. That redline is even to high for CB750.

No small Honda redlined at 10,500 RPM and had a 100+ MPH speedo. Furthermore the chap that sat 22,000 miles on a 175 or what you suggest would have vibrated the piss out of himself!

Me thinks it is a CB400F or one of the bigger displacement bikes. Check around for more specs that match the bigger numbers. Also, Honda superceded parts when modifications were made so a first year model didn't always wear the same hardware as a later release or vice versa.
