Doe's anyone know the correct fork fluid c.c.'s and weight for the 1983 Honda CR 250?

Location: San Clemente, CA
Fluid: ATF (10-weight)
Capacity: 506cc
Level: 196mm (Highest 178mm - Lowest 214mm)
Spring Length: 581.6mm (Limit 570mm)

These settings are baseline for the CR480R, but they would be the same for the CR250R before you adjust for your weight, riding style etc...
