I'm looking at buying a 1981 CR80 for $200us cosmetically the bike is in ok condition
The bike has good compression with good spark but its won't start? I need some advice as to what other parts of this bike i should be looking over and what to look for?

Your help is greatly appreciated

Have you tried squirting some mix into the open carb? If it fires and runs briefly then the timing is probably right and the carb has a problem like stuck floats or blockage.

If it doesn't fire and run, then it could be a broken flywheel key throwing the timing off.
