I timed my mt250 with the cr250 top end yesterday. I am just not sure if I did it right. I timed it the way the mt is supposed to be timmed just not sure that it will work properly with the cr top end. Does anyone know? I also had to add two inces two the kickstand as the bike just wouldnt stand up anymore. I added about two inches of travel front and rear and it really made a difference in ride height. It looks a lot better as there is some ground clearance now even with the down pipe on it. I hope to get it started today but still need to mount the pipe and the air filter so dont know that I will have time. If anyone has an mt250 with a cr250 top end and knows the proper way to time please let me know.
