Whats the deal with salvage yards going ebay lately? The one local place went a couple of years ago and the other one about 30 miles away is going to close the yard in a few weeks to people not there to pickup ebay purchases. So I am going down there on Tuesday, rain or shine to see if they have a 78-80 CR250 to drag home for parts since I won't be able to go back later. Too bad it would be hard to distinguish a Honda pipe from any other, he has a massive collection of those too. http://corvallis.craigslist.org/mcy/1423183855.html

Its actually in Lebanon. I take it a DG head would have a DG stamped in it somewhere or have a plate like on the DG pipes? I well keep an eye out.

Well I drove down there today and unfortunately all I can say is that I know where it is now, most of the stuff has been well picked over or just too far disintegrated to be useful, there were a few mostly complete parts bike like a 76 MT125 but no 78-80 CR's. Being an old school junk yard there is no rhyme or reason to the place, there are piles of tanks, piles of tires, piles of forks ect and naturally most are unmarked. Oh well it was a fun drive anyway.
