Hi all,

I'm looking for some info that I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I have a 74 Honda CR250 cylinder with a reed valve conversion that I have been told was made using an early Yamaha YZ reed valve and inlet rubber. However, as I do not have these parts, I wondered if anyone could tell me the mounting dimensions (bolt centres) of the reed valve/inlet rubber so that I can verify whether or not my info is correct before trying to purchase these parts as I see that the inlet rubber is particularly expensive and difficult to get hold of.

I would really appreciate any information.

Many thanks,

Grae.

Grae - cant help you with measurements as currently at work. But there is a company in Australia called Sudco which carry an extensive range of the parts you are looking for and their manual has all the measurements included. You may find what you are looking for there. I am sure there are similar companies elsewhere but I know of these guys.

regards

Rossco
