Going to give John Tice a call on Tuesday, since he was a distributor for DH many moons ago. I think he is semi-retired now, but if he won't do it then he'll know someone that could.

Oh my, I have one of those reed set ups sitting in a box, but I do NOT have that piece of paper you have there.

If there is any chance you'd be willing to scan that and post it or email it, I would sure enjoy studying it. Not sure I could figure it all out, but it sure would be fun to try.
