Folks,

I have a plastic front fender that is not broken or cracked but has some surface scratches. Has anyone been successful in restoring to near new condition and if so, how did you do it? Thanks.

Robert

You could try Plastic Renew, but it puts a very thin clear coat (very very thin) on the plastic. If the plastic is stressed to where it loks white, like from a kink or severe bend, you could use a heat gun to flow the pigment fom the surrounding area into the white area of the plasic. Be carefult to go slow and use patience or you'll melt the plastic.
