Vintage Dirt Bike Q & A

I just purchased a 1975 Honda MT250 Elsinore, as my first bike. Im quite happy with it, the previous ownder said it is all original, and it looks so, but it actually looks quite nice. Dont know much about the bikes, or even how to ride them yet, but Im really looking forward to learning. The bike is very lightweight, which is going to be great for learning on. Even had the tool kit underneat the seat. Heres a picture.



Something I have noticed on the bike is that the vin on the frame and engine do not match. The title matches the vin on the engine, but not on the frame. Will that give me problems registering it?
