 Post subject: HELP!! Kick Starter DNF

Well it happened, the kick starter broke today. The pawl broke and I need some help locating the part. Anyone know the part number and or where I could purchase one..Thanks for any help

Hi Domenic,

western hills honda has the pawl #28255-357-010, 22 of them according to their site..

After spending a year getting parts for my 83 Husky 500Cr, I went into panic mode! Called my local Honda dealer and ordered the parts. It sure is nice to have parts still available for the bike.

Don at Elsinores.com also has them for 4 bucks. I ordered mine on Friday. :D
