Perhaps this is a silly question, but is there a condenser on a '74 MT 250?
Thanks

If the engine has a points setup, it has a condenser. If the MT 250 is like the MR 175, the condenser is located on the ignition coil and cannot be replaced seperately, you must replace the whole ignition coil.

Hope this helps.
