Stock is 14 front and 48 rear. You can get sprockets from 11-15 for the front and 34-74 for the rear. http://www.sprocketspecialists.com

According to my owners manual(Pg48) , standard sprockets for the '73-'74 CR250m are 14 front, 47 rear. Optional sprockets are 13 front and 45 or 49 rear.

JT sprockets offers sprockets that will work.

The front sprocket is used on the CR250M K0, '76, and M1 as well as on the MT250 K0, K0, and '76.

The rear sprocket is ONLY used on the CR250M.

However, it's worth your time to measure your sprockets and take a look at JT's website to find a sprock that will work for you.

Early model XL250 rear sprockets are the same as the CR250M except they are steel.
